Furrowed Brows

Early morning photograph of moored yachts at Brough Haven, East Yorkshire

Another image from my morning walk around Brough Haven last week. The frosted grass picks up the low golden sunlight,  highlighting the series of concentric furrows that follow the high tide line around the haven. The air is still, leaving the surface of the water calm and barely rippled. Boats always add an air of serenity and these moored yachts of the Humber Yawl Club are no exception.
